This a MERN-stack CRUD dashboard application for real estate agent. It allows agents to create, read, update, and delete properties, agents, and users. It also has features such as authentication, authorization, pagination, filtering, sorting, and searching. It uses MongoDB as the database, ExpressJs as the back-end framework, ReactJs as the front-end library, and NodeJs as the runtime environment.

A smartkrypt web3 app that allows users to encrypt and decrypt messages using a smart contract on the Ethereum blockchain. It uses React as the front-end library, Web3.js as the blockchain library, and Solidity as the smart contract language. It requires users to connect their MetaMask wallet to interact with the smart contract and pay a small fee in ETH for each encryption or decryption operation.
